Individual Therapy

We offer one-on-one support to help you understand your concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with yourself. Our sessions provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space where adults and older teens (ages 15–17) can speak openly about their thoughts and emotions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), combined with compassion and honest dialogue, we support meaningful insight and personal growth.

Couples Counseling

Build healthy and strong relationships without drama and conflict. We understand relationships take work and sometimes that work requires support. If you feel like you’re having the same argument, finding it hard to rebuild trust, or dealing with big changes like becoming parents or moving, couples therapy can provide a helpful and supportive place to work through these issues.

We use emotionally focused and communication-centered techniques to help you identify core needs, express them in healthy ways, and strengthen your connection.

Retreats

A time away in a quiet and secluded place where one can relax and rest.

*A pause. A temporary withdrawal from daily life to focus on personal development, relaxation, reflection and personal & spiritual growth. Offering guided sessions, workshops, and activities to gain new perspectives, process experiences and step back from responsibilities to understand what truly matters.

Suicide grief Support Group

*Free monthly support group for survivors of suicide loss 
*1st Tuesday of the month, 7-8:30
